Trump’s NYC trial

There is so much lawfare against the guy it’s hard to keep track what the government/Democrats are doing, but is this indictment because Michael Cohen used personal funds instead of campaign funds for the Stormy NDA?
I guess he’d also have been indicted had he used campaign funds, too. Lose-lose situation when a hyper-partisan DA is after someone infinitely more successful and accomplished than his fat DEI self.

The convicted felons are the witnesses…

A who's who of deep state criminals…

The inside story, (speculation), is Cohen was actually the one boinking Stormy and paid her from the same account he was receiving payment from Trump. Cohen had to account for the missing funds and they conjured up a story....this is how they are involving Trump and making it look like he paid hush money when it was sleazebag Cohen doing the dance with no pants.

Definitely not an absurdity of “justice.”
Democrats are children.
-
Leave it to democrats to destroy law in America... this shit is sick.
-
Rough day for you, it sounds like.
-
It’s a rough day for Democrats as it’s now obvious that you have completely weaponized the courts in large cities and at the federal level.
-
Look at the chart. White house influence and collusion in every case. This is criminal.
-
Nothing to see here. For a made up two bit case no way it could be postponed until after the election because - justice.

America is lost. There is no "America" left to save.
Former President Donald Trump arrives in New York City to face charges in a hush money trial, condemning the proceedings as "an outrage" and "political persecution."
Trump stated, "This is an assault on America. Nothing like this has ever happened before...This is an outrage that this case was brought. This is political persecution."Critics of the trial argue that there is no substantial legal basis for the charges, viewing them as an excessive use of judicial power.
This case marks a significant moment as former presidents typically have not faced such legal scrutiny after their tenure, spotlighting the unusual nature of these allegations.
The daughter of the judge in this obviously-trumped-up case made works for a firm that raised $93 million fund-raising off the case.
The judge claimed there was no conflict of interest. Then he said if Trump brought up this obvious conflict of interest, he'd be held in contempt.
Democratic clients of Loren Merchan, daughter of the judge presiding over Donald Trump's hush-money trial, have raised $93 million in campaign donations, leveraging the case in their fundraising efforts. This has led to renewed calls for the judge, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Juan Merchan, to recuse himself as Trump heads to a New York courthouse Monday for the beginning of jury selection in the case.
Loren Merchan is the president of Authentic Campaigns, a progressive political consulting firm whose top clients include Rep. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.) and the Senate Majority PAC.Since the indictment of Trump, Schiff's campaign for US Senate has raised $20 million, while the Senate Majority PAC has raised $73.6 million.
Trump was ultimately gagged by Merchan's father, Justice Juan Merchan, for raising concerns of a conflict of interest--leading to widespread condemnation, including from Stormy Daniels' former attorney, Michael Avenatti who tweeted, "We can't be hypocrites when it comes to the 1st Amendment."

Rough day for the Rule of Law and Democracy.
-
I have? I’m not even watching or following the trial.
-
You hate that you're the bad guy, best to look away.
-
You must be new to the last 16 years of my posts.
-
Nope. 16 years of being a dick. You are literally the worst of America. The side that supports people like pol pot because it suits your politics.

I can't wait to see the look on the BidenBros faces when they get herded into the rail cars!
-
Postponed AGAIN you mean, Gasbag. The corrupt killing of the federal case by AG Butterball is the only reason this case wasn’t being tried three years ago.
-
So why didn’t the feds bring it this time?
-
im hearing the walls are finally closing in
-
He’s gonna get convicted.
-
Maybe. It’s not the slam dunk both Federal prosecutions SHOULD be.
-
I’ve read it’s because the Feds as a matter of policy don’t want a cooperating witness who won’t come clean on ALL his potentially criminal conduct and Cohen wouldn’t.

People branded a serial perjurer by a judge make the best witnesses.

For morons, a settlement payment in a publicly filed lawsuit is just like hush money.

Talking to yourself

For non attorneys an attorney committed the crime.

Don't let facts interfere with the lefts blatant election interference fake trial.
