It appears to be the only issue the democrats have and Trump outflanked them. Not everyone on the gop side is happy
Sister Souljah moment

Creepy is out getting his RFK yard sign.

In the debate that won't happen the dementia patient (like the dazzler) would have to defend everything. Hell, barry voted for offing a born alive infant - of course hardly anyone knows that. Any reporters going to ask Cho Bai Den about late term abortions of a viable infant?
-
Elderly Republican arrives to prove the point.
-
Then why are you in the Far Left fringe wanting them lawful?
-
"Far Left fringe" wants doctors, not legislators, making medical decisions and recommendations. Radical concept, obviously.
-
It was during the covid and vax bullshit
-
You must have slept through it.
-
Well yeah, I’m sure abortion doctors want as much business as possible, including killing kids up to birth. Obvious input there, Einstein.
You’re so fucking vapid.
-
H is palling around with the likes of KKK Northam. Black babies go to the front of the Left’s line for abortion, too.
-
Like I said, barry voted for offing the born alive baby. A President and a Governor MD of a major US state all supporting killing born alive babies. Not just some fringe dem precinct chairman.
-
Supremes already made it a state issue. They said the feds don't have jurisdiction. So I think Trumps right on not making a federal issue of it. Maybe our resident former Supreme Court justice can weigh in.
-
If Congress passes a national abortion bill and the president signs it, then it becomes a federal issue.
-
They’d never get the votes for Cloture in the Senate.
-
The Dems had many years of opportunity to pass a law rather than rely on a flimsy court case. There's a reason they chose not to do so.
-
Well, if the cheat is large enough in 2024 the dem Senate will end cloture just like Harry Reid did on most executive and judicial confirmations.

Defending democracy
Arizona Attorney General Kris Mayes says she will not enforce a law dating back to 1864 that bans abortion in virtually all instances.
The Arizona Supreme Court ruled Tuesday that the state can enforce its long-dormant law criminalizing all abortions except when a mother’s life is at stake.
Mayes, a Democrat, called the 4-2 decision "unconscionable and an affront to freedom."
It is a draconian law but it's the law. You change the law. Democrats think they can pick and choose

I don’t see the right to have an abortion as an amendment to the constitution
I do see the right to life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness
Leaving it up to the states is the only logical path forward.
It pisses off the evangelicals and infuriates the “I want to have babies vacuumed out of me for convenience” crowd but hey…fuck both of those groups.
