I'll agree the dems avoided a national ban when they had Congress because they had Roe which was a national ban on banning abortion. If the dems win in 2024 (Congress and the Presidency) there will be at least a Euro style abortion national abortion program if not a packing of the Supreme Court and a repeal of the Dobbs decision.

I don't think the Dems will ever legislate abortion on the national level. It's gotta be their number one fundraising issue and how they scare single women into voting for them.
