City of Nashville wants 30% female cops
lowering physical standards to pathetic levels. By 2030 they want 30% of cops to be women. This is a National push. They are adding lactating rooms to the precincts.
police enforcement has been dominated by men for far too long. New York wants to do the same.
Women are allegedly more compassionate in the streets.

Honestly- every ten seconds another pedal tavern with ten screaming girls goes around the corner. Funny the first few times. I just want to drink and listen to music.

Also it leaves the force depleted. When a female becomes pregnant they can't work in the field. At all. They burn every minute of time allowed and mandated. Usually out of work for close to a year. Imagine having 1/3 of your schedule out pregnant. Yuge problem.
Of course some never come back…
