My casual observation as well.
Fisch casts a wide net, more akin to Sark recruiting strategy than Petersen or Deboer. I get the feeling he'll have a little more success closing a few of the high ranked guys, and won't settle for 5'8", 140lb fallback 2* guys when most of them go elsewhere. Who you fall back to is nearly as important as who you pursue from the start.
