4) They predicted that 2024 was an 8 win floor as we are losing guys to the portal a week after the coaching change. I think that's closer to the ceiling at this point with this roster and schedule, but I'd wait and see how spring portal plays out before I predict the 2024 record. (I think they have walked this one back since, but still.)
