I texted him too

Yeah, who knows. Some people in times of great stress go radio silent. Sometimes it's their way of blowing you off. Sometimes they're just busy.
Again, hope he's doing alright.

I get a lot of texts that I don't respond to. That's how you keep them titillating. It's real easy.

If I died, nobody would know until my neighbors smelled my rotting carcas. I think it's better that way honestly.

Kind of a real question, if you die in your home and you literally have nobody in your life (let's say you're an instacart driver or something so no work check in), at what point and who is sent to enter your home and see what's going on?
EDIT: on actual topic, if you guys text each other and hang out and whatnot, couldn't hurt to ask someone close to him or give a checkup, bring a rack of beer and make and make a surprise of it or something. So it's not as weird
Easy to withdraw when somethings wrong, even when friends are the healthiest thing to be around in those times, my 2 cents

This will happen in the next few years when my dad stops texting. I will have to call in a welfare check. I'd probably do it on day 3 or 4. It is what it is. No joke.

The Throbber has a brother like that. Can go months without talking to him.
Just heard on Rogan or someplace that cats will start eating the dead carcass of their provider within 24 hours. Dogs will wait until that’s the last resort and hold off a few days.
@PurpleJ , your pussy is just laying in wait to chew your face off

I don't know about you but I'd rather my pets survive than maintain my body wherever the fuck I keeled over.
"donating your body to science" is where I draw the line though. I'm an organ donor, but I'm not going to have my body displayed and autopsied and for weirdos watching in a holiday inn conference room (dead serious, look into it)
Weird that you'd rather your pets die with you so your keeled over body in the kitchen or whatever after shitting yourself has some sense of pride
EDIT: should try reaching out to said brother, some people have a hard time initiating conversation, might be surprised how receptive he is if you make an effort for contact to talk about something he enjoys or whatever... Speaking from experience
