We have a QB

Fifita is listed as 5’9 too

He's probably a legit 5'9...some crootin sites have him listed at 5'10 and frankly he doesn't look like a pygmy back there.

as somebody mentioned, i’m just ready to see different types of players that seemingly everybody else but uw always has. maybe a big athletic running back, maybe a mobile qb. we can have these things

Pretty fast. People tend to exaggerate and overestimate the number of P5 players who are truly sub-11 100 meter guys.Houhusky said:listed 5'9" ... so probably 5'6.5"
State qualifier in the 200-meter dash as a junior and part of a 4x100 team that posted a 41.54 effort at states. Owns personal-bests of 11.01 (0.7) in the 100 and 22.38 (2.1) in the 200.
Why would you ever let this kid play QB after JV high school? BUT....
2023: As a senior, led Basha to a 10-2 record and the semifinals of Arizona’s Open Division playoffs. Completed 209 of 273 pass attempts (76.6%) for 3,250 yards with 34 TD and 3 INT while also carrying the ball 149 times for 1,146 yards and 20.
Great stats though...
Im glad he is coming to UW though, I cant wait to see a double QB backfield a couple of times. -
We need a mobile QB, have we had a legitimate dual threat since Tui? If Penix had wheels we win a Natty, a QB that can scramble when things break down and keep the chains moving is critical, ala what Wilson used to do for the 12's.... You look at the last 10 QB's that won a Natty and most of them can scramble and most of them are doing the same thing in the NFL. So, yes, a 5'9 dude that can hide behind the OL, find a gap and burn a defense is fine with me

This kids through the hole and past the LB'ers before they can say wtf? He's electric. He can also throw the ball.

Off the top of my head. Threat to be used liberally.dannarc said:We need a mobile QB, have we had a legitimate dual threat since Tui? Stanback
Locker
Price pre injury
Cyler Miles lol. -
Myles Jack ended the Cyler hype early at the Rose Bowl.
