That sucks
-
That’s a blow.
He could wind up at bama. -
Grubb grab.

Would you say, more of a Blackwater guy or William Walker type?
-
Pay the man

Now yah get it… it’s the leverage he has. Free market reignsjecornel said:Pay the man

I would imagine a lot of our guys in the portal come back to the team with new NIL deals
-
meh... Hes not good enough to play WR at a school better than UW, WR is the easiest position to replace, even moreso with the portal, especially when he is more of a Mickens than a Polk/Rome.

The only silver lining is he knows McMillan is coming and that turned him off. Which after typing would be stupid because he saw what it was like when two dogs can eat at the same time. So I don’t fucking know, but this is a loss. -
Is there an exception for portal when your coach leaves? Otherwise he's already transferred once and doubt he has graduated. Want him back but was surprised by his stats or lack thereof from the season -though at least some of that was because of the three guys ahead of him.

If Germie comes back hopefully he has figured out how to hold onto the ballWoolleyDoog said:Is there an exception for portal when your coach leaves? Portaling isn’t a loss until the player signs. It’s business. You portal first, ask questions later.
-
Yes, coaches leaving allow for additional portaling.WoolleyDoog said:Is there an exception for portal when your coach leaves? Otherwise he's already transferred once and doubt he has graduated. Which is fine, the unpaid/low paid athletes shouldn’t be held to stricter standards than the multi-millionaire coaches -
also, didn't the NCAA effectively announce that they are no longer enforcing the single transfer rule? Like the week after Durfee finally became eligible?

I didn't say it was a positive, he isn't Asadirtysouwfdawg said:

but this is barely a irrelevant blip in the mess that needs cleaning up and the players Fisch needs to bring in from Arizona/portal.
If he wants to go play in the Big12 or sit the bench at Bama then that is what he wants to do. -
It’s because Alabama’s been losing their best receivers.dirtysouwfdawg said:

Hate to loose GermBern from the 5 reasons.

They might think milroe or whoever Kalen brings in are not good enough to execute the offense.Quietcowskee said:

Bernard has been all potential up to this point. Haven't seen much else.
-
Bernhard has been in the portal so many times already, he’s got a gold member card. If he goes, he goes…
-
He's a good WR. Would love to have him back.
He's not irreplaceable by any means -
He made more plays than you think this year
He is solid -

I’m a pretty big Bernard. He is solid. I hope he stays in Seattle.
-
Germie is an alpha. Need him on the team
-
Yea, there are now essentially unlimited transfers for all players. Truly the Wild West.houseofpain247 said:also, didn't the NCAA effectively announce that they are no longer enforcing the single transfer rule? Like the week after Durfee finally became eligible?

This. He’s a versatile player. He can return punts when he catches them, he runs the ball well, and he made some big time catches. He would have made way more plays on a team that didn’t have Rome, Polk, and JmacRaceBannon said:He made more plays than you think this year

He was great with the ball in his hands. Made a few big catches. Would get a lot more touches next year. We don't have a qb so I can't say that I blame him.
-
If we end up getting McMillan from AZ, he is a SOLID #2 (if he can fix the fumbleitis)
