Any school that demands stipulations will be left behind.
Contracts will be standard across the country. Schools and Networks on one side. Players bargaining on the other as a national unit.

this doesn't mean NIL won't be in play but it will be subject to guidelines on transfers as part of the overall national contract.

NIL will always be unregulated because it's their own image and likeness.

Any rules in place in paying players as employees will be broken as well. Boosters will always just do what they want and whatever it takes to land players.

Let's play the game to win and forget about trying to change it

The admin seems supportive for the first time in a long time. Our NIL is not bad (granted it is not as good as usc or oregon and probably never will). Our shitty AD was poached by the remnants of the St Hayden.

Next year may suck due to who comes here which truly is unfortunate with the DutchTard leaving us like he did. But acting like we're getting left behind in relegation is pussy stuff. Within 2-3 years will be right back in the thick of it.
You are making me feel better. Thank you.

There's layers to it. The bigger thing is fixing the transfer picture and the coaches leaving thing.

And there's already regulation. Kids can't transfer and play midyear for instance for new NIL deals.

Kids can make money but they shouldn't switch more than once, and that can be regulated.

Also, KDB should be cutting checks for at least 50K to each scholarship player with eligibility on the UW roster that he fucked.

    Same with Fisch.

I was referring to capping NIL compensation. Just saying there will never be a restriction on what someone can make for endorsements.
