If Carroll was the guy it would have been announced already, both parties would’ve wanted to get it done quickly to keep what was left on the roster. It’s either Fisch or somebody we had no idea was in the loop. If Dannen hires Soup or KKKingsbury the program is dead and should drop into the FCS immediately and join the Big Sky.
