This is a good point. One of those coaches was a guy who had turned down big jobs for years who I think only did it because of a family connection and the other was hitting the up and coming coach lottery. Both hard to replicate.dtd said:

I don't think it's impossible to find another coach who can reasonably win. There might be a couple rough years though, there might not, you never know. -
