As we can see with the transfer portal, you can build a team quickly, but it can also dissolve just like that.
It does not appear that there is such a thing a building a program now.
We either decide to win or not, and unless today was an extreme abberation, we know the answer.
Then you add that to the past three decades and you'd have to be a rube to be optimistic at this point.
If we? hire someone who is going to take time to build a program, or learn on the job, well... -
