We?ve been buying receivers from some of our farm schools for a few weeks now. Not surprised.

Maybe DeBoer’s telling all these guys to announce ASAP so he knows how much NIL monies he has

Hopefully giving Egbuka an offer right now to be turned into a Top 10 pick.

Did anyone really think he was coming back after the ccg and playoff game? This is what happens when you have good players.

    I did.

After his injury, he has a lot to prove IMO. Slight frame.
Jaxson Smith-Njigba and Devante Smith also have slight frames. I don't think McMillan is the slam dunk first rounder that they were, but he's pro-ready nonetheless.

Guys who will get drafted in the top two rounds don't come back for a fifth year.
2nd round WR is historically a top 10-12 WR.

McMillan will have to test really well to go before round 4.

His weird midseason injury/yips thing, decline in production, and playing as a WR3/slot guy while Rome ate double teams is going to give teams hesitation.

His injury probably scared him into leaving.

He probably embraced being a Dawg more than any other player in recently memory, good luck in the pros JMac.

I hadn't wanted to say it, but his slight frame was noticeable vs Michigan when the DBs were stopping his YAC with a single hand grip.
The spin move that I believe you're specifically referencing was fucking nasty, and the DB made an equally nasty play. Props. I'll be happy when we get out of this big, physical, breaking tackles 6'4 beast mindset when it comes to WR. This is not a prerequisite to being a great WR, college or pro. It's archaic, Booger-esque, 3 yard and a cloud of dust, big boy, the way the game was meant to be played thinking. Fuck all that. This isn't your father's NFL. There's tons of ways to skin the cat, dudes who are better at different things, and someone like JMac will make some NFL teams drool, especially someone like KC. That's why teams have multiple receivers and they ain't all DK Metcalf or AJ Brown. I'll throw out Tyler Lockett as an example of what JMac could realistically be. A taller one. Lots of other examples. Slight frame, cmon now. He's not getting drafted in the first round as a #1 WR here.

should have come back. He'll be a 4th rounder at best in this draft, it's deep in WR talent.

I truly hope he reads this and reconsiders. You have the right idea. I shouldn't have been talking him up. 4th round? Try 7th or UDFA.

The Cal WR coming in is a stud. You’ve got a #1 WR already.

Not sure about much else beyond that though.

He’s got major leverage. His agent wouldn’t be doing his job if he wasn’t using all these job openings to get more money for Kalen/assistants/NIL

They played Boston as much as they could on an NFL unit including returns. Even in the bigger conference games.

Hunter is really good. If GermBern takes a step forward, which he should, he’ll be good too. Receiver is honestly fairly low on my list of concerns. DL is an empty cupboard outside of BJ Green.

If you and your buddies and nacho have any eligibility left we’ll be ok. Maybe a COVID year?

We might be able to get some push up the middle, but we aren’t bringing any heat from the edge lol

Big prove it year for DeBoer next year with the roster depletion.

Maybe Deboer is gone and that’s why they’re all leaving.
I can’t believe I’m calming UW nerves once again (as I did all year) but kdb is a fucking good dude. I would be shocked if he went anywhere before his daughter finished at UW.
Bump for the memory of of the good old days.
