I would have liked to see one more year for Pete. But maybe his act had worn thin within the organization.

I didn't realize the Seahawks have only 1 playoff win since 2016. Pete got stale awhile ago, IMO.

Pete really pushed the envelope, as far as culture goes, and it paid off handsomely for many years. Better a year early than a year late. Right decision? TBD… -
