There’s no way that graphic is true.

I would suspect that Texas is one of the most despised programs in the country.

But who am I to argue with the US government?

Edit: Maybe this is because everyone saw Boys in the Boat.

Idaho, Montana, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arizona are all pro-UW, at the very least.

Just clicked on the link. That guy thinks Oregon is Washington on the map.

He’s telling everyone else to learn geography.

    I laffed.

I liked it. The crew drunkenly singing the fight song around a fire will be a meme if we? win it all. Probably some others as well.

The point is that someone else, Clooney in this case, was so into it that he made a major movie featuring an established movie star. Joel Edgerton doesn't sign up for bad films.

Whereas the Nike commercial was Phil and whoever else forcing it on a bunch of people who didn't want nor ask for it.

One of the worst major films reviewed this year by critics.

I saw one comparing it to “The Black Stallion 2”

    Sure you did.

I guess Google's aggregated reviews are wrong then?

    https://www.rogerebert.com/reviews/the-boys-in-the-boat-movie-review-2023

3.5/5 from a site that normally shits on everything.

It's been a rough 2023 for you. Clearly.

    ...and?

Maybe I should go ask the cougs and quooks about the movie. I'll overlook the fact that they're almost as butthurt as you about this season and were rooting for the Nazis.

Like I said, it's about the exposure. Butthurt quook is salty that we aren't talking about Animal House being filmed on a back water campus this year.

Just did a quick check. BITB has grossed 16 million dollars world wide clocking in at #83 on the year putting it just behind “Champions” and just ahead of “Ruby Gillman: Teenage Kraken”

    #exposure

Predictably, quooks and cougs are butthurt that a story like that that could never be attached to their school is getting free pub.

Wasn't "Air", a movie that Mike and 46Q no doubt asphyxiated themselves to multiple times, some straight to streaming piece of shit? Or at a minimum a "Select Theatrical Release" movie?

I have no problem with the movie being made. Couldn’t care less about it, just like the rest of America.

Animal House made 141 million in 1978.

That’s 664 million adjusted for inflation.

Haie continues to handle a tiny amount of success and exposure for his school like your average 10th grader.

    Go off, king👍
