There’s no way that graphic is true.
I would suspect that Texas is one of the most despised programs in the country.
But who am I to argue with the US government?

Idaho, Montana, Oklahoma, Kansas and Arizona are all pro-UW, at the very least.

The point is that someone else, Clooney in this case, was so into it that he made a major movie featuring an established movie star. Joel Edgerton doesn't sign up for bad films.
Whereas the Nike commercial was Phil and whoever else forcing it on a bunch of people who didn't want nor ask for it. -
