Fortunately for the US most of these countries will simply use it for corruption and capital flight. It's why China banned it after initially embracing it.

The cartels now can easily smuggle their money out of the US and other countries and move it freely due to Bitcoin. I always loved hitting their cash. The drugs were cheap to them but losing loads of cash hurt them the most.
