There's some group or dude buying a couple hundred BTC a day since early November. Casually smash buying on the exchange and transferring to his cold storage. Not sure who it is, a cartel? some dude named Jeff? No idea.

Derek, have you seen this guy Jason Lowery? He's got some affiliation with DoD and says BTC as a technology could be valuable as a weapon. I think he's a nut, but here he is at MIT trying to explain it
