Sounds like Grubb is getting a $2 million dollar salary to stay at Washington. If this is the case look for a lot of these players not named Rome to stick around for multiple reasons. The staff is staying together, a new conference. I mean who wouldn’t want to travel to all these new places as a football team.
Along with Deboer getting $9 million I’m pretty sure what he asked for was his assistants getting paid, keeping his staff together and more NIL money for transfers.
Sounds like it will be an amazing 10 year run for Washington Football starting off by beating Oregon 3 straight times and 5 out of the last 7.

“ Dec 27, 2022 — UW offensive coordinator Ryan Grubb received a raise last month that set his salary at $1.45 million in 2023, $1.55 million in 2024 and $1.67”
Don’t forget NFL is a business and you are treated that way. Goring from big man on campus DJ to possibly being cut on an NFL roster Gaskin. These players are having fun right now, and the coaching staff has continuity
2 Petersen
3 Mario
3 DeBoer
I think that added to the pressure down the stretch
Remember they didn't come back to win the Pac12. Win it all
“From ESPN this morning:
UW offered DeBoer $8.5m/yr.
He wants $9m. He will get it per Colin Cowherd. OC Grubb makes $2m, highest in Pac12. Saban wanted Grubb. UW will get future TV money from Big10. Pay these coaches and keep them together.”
Insurance salesman my ass. That is the best coach in the cuntry
LOL
There is some chatter that Saban did his best job with a scrappy band of 5 stars
I'd like to see Nick get it if it's announced before the playoffs
But yeah, he coaches well.
He looks like an insurance salesman from Centralia
The rest of the line was but he's a fucking football coach
