    The joke is that UW is such a racist University they fired their only two black coaches.     If you think that photo along with this photo with my comment was an attempt to mock Lake then I'm starting to get a clearer understanding of the problem here.

    Here's another picture of Lake's last day on the job at UW. I believe that's the University President with the flag and athletic direct restraining Lake.

    So posting a photo of a lynching of an unknown person who's race is undetermined is beyond the pale and too offensive for our pearl clutchers, but mocking the drowning death of a 19 year old black kid, and making it an "edgy" running joke for years around here is perfectly acceptable and fine.

    You can toss in Spence Webb's death as well, that was also another rib splitter around here.


    I wasn't mocking any individual by posting that photo, I was trolling UW fans, I certainly wasn't mocking Lake. My offense was making fun of UW and that just can't be tolerated but making fun of a dead 19 year old? Let it rip.

    I'm trying my best to be a lady here, but if you truly can't see why posting a photo of a lynching outside of a purely educational context is genuinely offensive and completely inappropriate, even in a place like this, than you can fuck off.
