I’d love another shot at Oregon just for the final kill shot but there is a small and petty part of me that would love for the Ducks and Lanning to lose to OSU again and feel the loss of a P12CG, Heisman Trophy and the relegation to an Alamo Bowl matchup with Kansas State all in one swift kick. I’m not going to lie, those salty tears would be pretty tasty. Ducks would still get a NY6 game if they lose to UW in Vegas. The fall would be abrupt and painful if Smith can put them down first.Doog_de_Jour said:
Co-sign. If we? can’t beat them a second time we? don’t deserve to go to the playoff.JoeEDangerously said:

It would be fitting. Of course with the divisions, UA would already be in with SC and Utah losing, and Oregon would have been eliminated last night with UW’s win.LoneStarDawg said:Would it be the perfect end to the pac-12 to have a tiebreak that puts 3 loss arizona into the CCG instead of higher ranked 2 loss Oregon?

If both teams could somehow look like they are playin pathetic high school ball in the conference championship with massive penalties, blocked kicks, tipped pass interceptions, stripped fumbles on the way to the end zone, and Washington hangs on for yet another win, is there a way for the committee to relegate the dawgs to the Alamo bowl?
The Dawgs may bark, but the caravan continues -
DeBoer has every opportunity to tell him to stop calling the long bombs. It's ultimately on DeBoerbiak1 said:How bigly do we tell Grubb to pull his head out if his ass and LEAVE?

Hey pods? Do beavs beat UW bigly on a neural field? Duck fans want to know. And how does a home game for the Ducks impact this analysis if it wasn’t on a neutral field as is now required in games such as this?
-
Yes, any win in the CCG by less than 20 makes this likely.TheRoarOfTheCrowd said:If both teams could somehow look like they are playin pathetic high school ball in the conference championship with massive penalties, blocked kicks, tipped pass interceptions, stripped fumbles on the way to the end zone, and Washington hangs on for yet another win, is there a way for the committee to relegate the dawgs to the Alamo bowl?

Everyone on the bored seems to think either Bruener or Muhammad was the POG last night. I say it’s Tuli. He’s the reason Beav averaged 3.7 YPC on the ground last night, which prevented Babushka from employing his never pass again offensive strategy and pink socking our defense and our playoff hopes. If you don’t know what a pink sock is, I can’t in good conscience recommend you google it.

Don't forget the 40-yard loss on the snap that went over the punter's head.EsophagealFeces said:Everyone on the bored seems to think either Bruener or Muhammad was the POG last night. That play where he submarined the guard to make a TFL was fucking sweet???

Shit. I keep forgetting about that lol. Irregardless, Martinez ran for under 130, which is a thanksgiving miracle. I did the maff, and they rushed for 4.7 per carry, which is lower than quite a few teams against us this year. Maybe I need to rewatch the game, but I felt like Tuli was blowing up 1st down plays all night. I really don’t want to rewatch the game. If I do, I’ll skip the offensive possessions so I don’t have a fucking aneurysm.DerekJohnson said:

Not to be a Debbie Downer in light of 11-0, but how the fuck have we won all these game with the amount of penalties we seem to get? Trying to watch games through that mess is infuriating. Sark's teams had more discipline.

Does regularly “going for it” on “fourth down” stink of “desperation” or do you see it as a “show of confidence”.
A secondary q for the pods; I’ll be at the “Outlaws” for Thanksgiving (hardy har har) this year. Is it good house manners to close the door while you’re peeing in the sink or are under Urinal Rules for a #1? Back would be to the door if that was NOT obvious from the question. I’ll take my answer on the toilet. -
Did you see that play where tuli submarined the linemen and made the tackle? It was pretty sweet.EsophagealFeces said:

If I were dooging—and let's be clear I am not—but if I were, I might point how remarkable it is for DeBoer to produces wins, even in such a slapdash fashion, whilst absorbing all the injuries the team has incurred.

Can we get some local media bashing please?

Such a weird game last night. The first half was just about what I was expecting/hoping it might be, and then we all know how the second half unraveled.
Takeaway: it's such an odd feeling to be 11-0 and to still feel bittersweet about the Huskies' performance. These are great and odd times to be a Dawg fan! -
