If OSU and Arizona win next week, who (Oregon or Arizona) will go to the title game to play against UW?

I am hoping to play against Arizona in the title game.

    It must be, otherwise Oregon already would've clinched with OSU losing.

    But Oregon beat USC...

    It actually comes down to conference opponent win percentage. Arizona would get in over because UCLA is better than Cal
