Talks are already happening between Moore and Oregon.

Chip hating recruiting is not new.
He’s still a QB whisperer, but he doesn’t have any real recruiting firepower around him like he did at Oregon(Neal, Campbell, Pellum) so getting a talent at QB just isn’t enough when 80% of the roster otherwise are all JAGs.
And they lose in the most maddening of ways.
It’s amazing to think that his offense was just arriving on the scene almost 2 decades ago. -
