2026 is probably the reverse merger when the entire MWC is absorbed in the Pac-12. Wazzu and OSU have financial penalties if they try to poach only some and not all of the MWC schools -

The only reason they recruited better than MW programs is because they were in the P12. Now that they are in the same conference, why would anyone choose WSU and Pullman over any of those programs?chuck said:
