I tend to agree, but would note that it appeared Penix was able to get on track with play action. And that won’t work if you don’t make a decent effort to run.

I don’t disagree. Their approach to the run game is fucking stupid in general. It’s either completely non-existent (3rd quarter Oregon), or obnoxiously failing over and over with heavy doses on first and second down. Huff is one of the only guys who recruits well but the unit isn’t exactly consistent. How many more chances does he get?
