For me it is Gus Williams, Gary Payton, Shawn Kemp, Ray Allen.

Hard to keep Lenny Wilkins or Freddie Brown off though.

Race will find a way to get Spencer Haywood on there

For me, it's Dennis Johnson, Gary Payton, Xavier McDaniel and Ray Allen

. Well at least you don’t come in with Vladimir Stepania and Robert Swift and Johan Pedro.

    Gus, Jack, Gary, Shawn

    Finals only

    Gus, Jack, Gary, Shawn

    Finals only

That leaves Detlef, the Big Smooth or Lonnie filling the fifth spot.

    No love for Scheff. Sad.

Kemp is one of my favorite Sonics and I loved him dearly. But if we're talking Mt Rushmore, he just didn't do enough in his career.

I'll go Sikma, Payton, Kemp, Allen

    And McDaniel did?

    Sonic Kemp v Sonic McDaniel
    All-Star teams: 6 to 1
All NBA teams: 3 to 0
    NBA Finals: 1 to 0
    WCF: 2 to 1
    Playoff appearances: 8 to 4
Playoff series won: 8 to 3
    Cameos in a movie: 0 to 1

I don't know if Kemp belongs on Sonic Rushmore (he's on mine) but he definitely belongs before X Man. And I loved X.

You still have a bench spot left. Could go to Big Smooth or Derrick McKey or DJ (ILTCHDJ) or Fred Brown or Tom Chambers or Rashard Lewis. Lots of options.

I'll go with Smooth. He can play 3-5. DJ is already on the Squad. Chambers was amazing. D was sus, tho. McSpleef had tools but disappeared far too often. Nate and Det are the better options. Both have all-around games, ball-handlers, and GOOD defenders. I'd rather have Dale than Freddy even though I watched Freddy help win it all. Rashard was a GOOD player but not GOOD enough to win.

Not sure how I missed DJ on your list, my bad.

I agree on Smooth btw. I think he'd be even more valuable in the modern NBA. He'd be firing up 7 triples a game now.

To be on the list you gotta have played on a team that mattered. Ray Allen did not matter.

    Kemp, Payton, Brown, Sikma.

Cortez Kennedy only played in one playoff game his whole NFL career. He's a Mt Rushmore Seahawk

Ernie Banks never played in the postseason

OK, but Ray Allen was not equivalent to Tez and Ernie Banks. He was in Seattle for a cup of coffee.

    Dick Snyder
    Dennis Awtrey
    Danny Vranes
    Jon Sundvold
    Bob Rule
    "Jammin" James Bailey
    Greg Kelser
    Bill Hanzlik

If your list doesn’t have Shawn Kemp on it, you can fuck right off. I grew up in the 90s tho, so there’s that.
