Who's OC1 next year?

Shepard. He’s smart and a good recruiter. KDB will call plays or have the plays run through him until a comfort level is reached. You don’t pry Shepard away from a ND offer unless a bigger prize is coming down the pipe. Sheridan is just happy to be employed at this point. He was shit as fuck as an OC at Indiana.

Isn’t Grubb like Coach K?

Love Grubb, but in the brief interviews and interactions I’ve seen seems like more of a Robin vs Batman.
Nothing wrong with making 2+ mil rest of his career calling plays. -

When DeBoer gets to 10 million Grubb can get 5 -
It's easy to say that Grubb will leave to go be a HC ...
The question is WHERE would he go where he's not taking a pay cut + a job that he views as good enough to leave Washington for + that location looking at him as a viable HC compared to others
It's far from a sure thing that he's leaving -

I think you're right about KDB calling plays. He said in one of his early press conferences that it takes him years to trust someone else to call plays. Grubb is the only person he's ever trusted enough to do it.fivehundredmileDAWG said:Sheridan …
But KDB goes back to calling plays. -
If DeBoer wasn’t the head coach I’d be more worried

Here’s what I’m hearing….
John Donovan is tanned, rested, and ready.
