Another example of a coach who has elevated his "system" over everything else. They can be successful, but they always hit a ceiling.
They are taught that these emotional or abstract ideas are important and try and emulate them, but they have no real understanding of how they fit into the overall system so they often make head scratching decisions.
They are imitators, not innovators. Copiers, not architects. -
