This reminds me of when I was a kid my sibling got in trouble when we were away from home. My dad said he needed to think about the punishment and it it would be given when we got home. After we got home a reminded my dad that the punishment hadn't been announced. Dad called bush it and grounded me for a week. That was the only punishment handed out.
Just throwing that out there. -

I don't know... I like PLSS's killer instinct here. It strikes me as doogish to suggest that someone should pump the brakes because their opponent has a handicap.
