Cohen was being paid a guaranteed $1.2 million a year plus retention bonuses

It's a blessing she's gone now and that they didn' try to find Cohen 2.0

yah, lets hope they find a replacement for pool boy who we truly loved.
We clearly dodged a bullet when karen left [what a nice ass, and a super communicator],
otherwise i'm thinking she was an obvious candidate for the AD position in the new world of
power women cookie recipe politics. -
I heard the boosters loved her or somethingDerekJohnson said:What a grift. Truly outrageous and a terrible ROI for UW

I'm sure they'll love Dannen more -
Karen was a net negative for UW based on her performance and public idiocy, but this small-dick fear of powerful women makes you look like a fuckhead as well.TheRoarOfTheCrowd said:yah, lets hope they find a replacement for pool boy who we truly loved.

I love the powerful women part, great material there and this sounds like it might be a serious issue for you

The constant refrain is what an amazing fundraiser she has been. And yet we're deep in the red. That's not completely her fault (Covid 2020), but it is largely her fault.
-
UW donors don’t know what a good AD looks like. That’s the only reason Cohen was seen as competent.

Hopefully this Tulane guy is a Papa Bear for our student athletes.DerekJohnson said:The constant refrain is what an amazing fundraiser she has been. And yet we're deep in the red. That's not completely her fault (Covid 2020), but it is largely her fault.

I don't want to imply that I'm fully plugged in with boosters like the old days because I'm not. But two guys I have spoken to in the past couple of years said the consensus among boosters was that they liked Jen personally a lot but quietly considered her to be in over her head.Kingdome_Urinals said:UW donors don’t know what a good AD looks like. From the outside, this looked about right.DerekJohnson said:

Millions for purple smoke, the zone and light shows. I'll remember the legacy as plagerizing Mr. Brightside from Michigan and playing it, down multiple scores, to an empty stadium.
Game Day Experience

This is consistent with what I’ve heard from people with ties to the Athletic DepartmentDerekJohnson said:

For those that wouldn’t say anything that could get traced back to them, they definitely didn’t rush to defend when I shared the “nice person but incompetent” perspective -
It’s why she’s a perfect fit for SCBaseman said:

Although I, for one, will miss her hugs.
