I don't agree. Riley has had all the resources to build a real D at either of his stops if he wanted to. Tons of talent and a budget to hire a real DC. He just doesn't care.GrundleStiltzkin said:

If you can't win a natty with Heisman winners at Oklahoma and USC then you have a problem.
DeBoer would be target #1 for USC if Riley leaves. -
