When I think of this song, I think of a day that I was at the Kingdome in '98 seated in right field. The outfielders were warming up between innings. I was watching Griffey toss with Buhner, and All Star was echoing off the concrete walls. And I thought, "I wonder if Griffey gets sick of hearing this same song day after day after day?"
If I had to put them in order Sugar Ray > SmashMouth > Grateful Dead > Jimmy Buffett
I saw Sugar Ray open for KISS in 96 or 98. Stabbing Westward was the other opener. Also saw Sugar Ray at the Showbox Market. Their last two albums sucked but they were 90s. Also Mark McGrath kicked Vince Neil’s ass on RocknRoll Jeopardy years ago. McGrath was like Ken Jennings of RnR Jeopardy

Mark mcgrath looks like the type of guy that fucks Roof. IMO.
Yes. Remember their hit song, “Fly?” Well the DJ used in the song isn’t in the band, so when they would tour and play their only hit song, it fucking sucked and sounded nothing like the recording.

Both better than Buffet or the Dead.
