Obv Helps to have a Heisman level qb with a Sunday Arm understand the offense cold, but what Grubb and KD do in regards to scheme and eye candy that gets so many defensive busts and guys running uncovered is amazing. They are elite at getting teams to look one way on the play as the real action is happening the other.
I am starting to think UW HC and his OC might be guys who have a Chip read zone concept in passing game that changes how Offense CFB is played.

Kinda unprecedented to extend a coach twice in less than a years time.
He's the best UW coach in a long, long time IMO... but not sure UW is the kind of program to do that kind of thing.
What are we talking 7M a year? Think that puts him after Riley ahead of Whittingham for 2nd in the zombie conference. Right there with Harbaugh in the new conference. -
