Jay - I wanted to acknowledge your thoughtful note and assure you of our commitment to getting this right. Sorry that my message is brief but it was really important to let you know I read your note. All of our attention and resources are focused on football and there is a lot more of it to played. I appreciate you caring enough to send your thoughts. Just know we want the same outcome. Jen

Thanks for sharing with us. We are ALWAYS in constant evaluation, and that is certainly the case with our football program. We expect better and are using all of our resources to support our team and Coach Lake.
I will keep those conversations in confidence as we have a group of young men we need to keep coaching to try to win more games.
Just know we share the same passion, and goals, in having a program we can all be proud of.
Be well,
Jen

Hi Derek,
My apologies for not getting in touch sooner. As you can imagine, my schedule has been beyond full. I am not sure what info I can provide but if you want to send me some times for a phone call, we can cross check calendars.
Thanks.

I sent a copy to a writer at the Chicago Tribune. He said co-workers were lined up at his desk wanting to see the book... But nobody would mention it publicly. -
