We always lose to USC. We also always lose to UCLA, which is fine, I think they are losers like us and we can claw ahead of them for tallest West Coast midget.

As for ASU, every program has an all-time loss recover vs. an embarrassing team. It's part of the deal. I'd say going 2-6 vs. Air Force is way more embarrassing than ASU. -
That’s pretty bad, but for me ASU is worse because it’s conference and it’s a product of the ten twenty or so years UW spent actively trying to kill its football program.
