Weird thing to be upset about. Like @CFetters_Nacho_Lover said, you either have an AD or you don't. In the current environment, it was increase carbon footprint or die, so UW chose to not die. Same as Ghana completely deforesting their country for charcoal when gas prices tripled and they couldn't afford it. Easy to be shortsighted when it's that or starve. Doesn't make the deforestation good.Reducing energy consumption is a good thing regardless of charter jet fuel consumption that keeps the show going. Even if you're the rolling coal type, it saves the AD money in the long run, and that's good no matter how many hours per day you spend in the Tug.If you're going to do it anyway, might as well brag about it when your school is located in a place like Seattle.
