If Coach DeBoer says Michael Penix is fine, then I believe it.
if Jimmy Lake had said it, I would assume it was bullshit
If Petersen had said it, I would 81% assume it was bullshit.
If Sark had said it, I would 10,000% assume it was bullshit
If WIllingham had said it, I would assume he didn't know who Penix was
If Don James had said it, I would assume practices were closed to the media and nobody knew anything

Exactly what I was thinking about as I pasted that pic. He told the media off the record about the thumb injury and then some knucklehead (I want to say Don Borst) went and reported it.
