I suppose it could be argued that a conviction of a Democrat with a DC jury would be impossible because today’s Dems lack all honesty and integrity, but Butterball didn’t even try to see just to show America how insane the Left is these days. -
The Indictment mostly reads as an Op Ed in the Post. The only possible crime committed was tricking people into being false electors. And there’s a to of burden of proof on that. The rest is opinion not fact.
