The lead prosecutor in the case against President Joe Biden’s son Hunter says he is willing to testify publicly this fall, setting up a clash with House Republicans who have demanded he come in soon for a closed-door interview.

In a two-page letter to Rep. Jim Jordan on Monday, the Justice Department offered to make U.S. Attorney David Weiss of Delaware available before the House Judiciary Committee for a public hearing after the August break as Republicans continue to escalate their ongoing investigation into his handling of the probe into Hunter Biden.

    So it's a week after Merrick Garland is going to testify. Let's get those stories straight, crooks. How convenient. Nice how the DOJ can just ignore requests from a "separate-but-equal" branch of government. Most corrupt administration in history and it's in plain sight because there is zero prosecutorial threat for any of them. Garland isn't going to arrest himself.

    Why not publicly testify next month? Not sure what the GOP is thinking. Let him testify under oath in public before Garland's public hearing and have it out. Your preferred source seems to be MSN.com though, which is kind of funny. Still rocking Netscape, too?

Makes more sense now. Way easier for 2 people to keep their stories straight as opposed to 13.
