Paul Manafort was indicted for not registering as a foreign agent:
Michael Flynn was indicted for the same.
Tony Podesta was allowed to retroactively register to avoid an indictment working for the same Ukrainian company as Manafort and “dissolved” his company only to immediately restructure it under a new name and continue business as usual.
Shocking development in the totally corrupt Biden/UniParty DOJ that Democrats get away with the same crimes t people connected to Trump were convicted of committing.

They also aren’t “potential.” Either he registered for his work with Ukrainian and Chinese companies, or he didn’t register. It’s just a matter now of how many House and Senate seats the Democrats lose in 2024 by ignoring this blatant double standard of protecting Old Joe and keeping him around for the election.
