Sounds to me like Vivek did want everyone vax'd, which is tantamount to mandating it. Add him to the list.
He has no chance of being elected. Mostly too smart, other than his dumb vax tweet when anyone who wasn't panicking about COVID knew better than to fall for the sky is falling media coverage.
