    Rats threaten to shut down libraries, police, daycare centers, parks and rec, etc if the debt ceiling isn't increased. Tell the world that it will be Armageddon and all the Republican's fault. Then goose steppers like hh blame Republicans when the debt ceiling is raised and spending is further out of control. They get to lie to their brain dead followers twice on the same issue and followers like hh march out and parrot the party line without one second of thinking for themselves.
