Unless blacks pass licensing tests at similar rates to whites and Asian they can now sue and be rewarded money from the public treasury. Every state is going to have to change their Bar exams, their medical licensing tests, hell their motor vehicle tests.

Well, CRT says that reading, writing and arithmetic are per se proof of white systemic institutional racism. No need for teachers to be proficient in them.

Somehow questions on tests are racist. Some people just can't possibly know answers to questions because of the color of their skin. It has nothing to do with work ethic. We all know the study materials can only be read by white people.
