    Dad was from North Dakota and grew up a diehard North Stars fan, so he raised me to hate Dallas much like a jilted Sonics fan. Then I grew up and realized I didn’t have to follow his footsteps, so now I hate them of my own volition.

    And the worst part is the Wild essentially replaced Detroit as our divisional rival. Big downgrade.

    P.S. @haie I would sacrifice your first born to see Matt Tkachuk on the Avs (sorry pal!). He’s even better than his dad. Perfect blend of skill and physicality. Clutch player.
