School districts in blue states and cities have banned Huck Finn and To Kill a Mockingbird from school curriculums and leftard book stores are notorious for excluding conservative authors. The left along with four dem Supreme Court justices wanted a movie critical of PIPS banned. Nothing says intellectual diversity like a college's teaching staff.

P & P advertises itself as open-minded, diverse (of course), LGBTQ, and, most elementally, against the banning of books. Every year they virtue signal about “Banned Books Week.” Former President Barack Obama shops at Politics and Prose, and wrote an essay about the importance of reading what you want: “That’s why I’m celebrating Banned Books Week and the freedom to read with people across the country,” he said. “Because the ability to learn about each other and engage with different ideas doesn’t just open our minds and broaden our perspectives — it brings communities together and strengthens our democracy.” -

I listened to some of it. Maybe it’s the questioners fault, but he’s way too down in the weeds on ESG, woke school stuff, etc. for an announcement event. Didn't hear any drill baby drill or get the fuck out of Ukraine talk. He has some things to clean up, get less tactical especially early if he wants to have any chance.
