    Doesn’t drive the ball downfield, relies solely on his arm. It works in college. There’s a reason he wasn’t projected in round one.

    He knows what he needs to fix. But it ain’t gonna happen in Fat D’s gimmick passing attack.

    I still don’t understand what this thread is all about.

    Conerly is, by all reports, the starting LT. I’m not complaining if he is athletic enough to line up as a TE in a goal line jumbo package. The idea that he needs to switch positions to get on the field is beyond stupid.

    The real issue Oregon has is available bodies in the TE room. It sounds like they re got 3 guys and only two are healthy. My best guess is that Matayo sees some limited snaps there while guys work back from injuries but I don’t follow the Oregon depth chart with as much fervor as Haie or BTP does.

    It would make since to move Connerly to TE on say a 12 personnel formation. Other than that, it's fucking stupid.
