Want more pigeons just put out more pigeon feed.

Yeah I saw that. 360k per year for 5 years. For what? You could house and feed someone for less than 75,000, even there.
I dislike Republicons, but Dimocrats are insane and evil. -
You could put two homeless in a Motel 6 for $75 a night with daily cleaning or about $13,500 a year apiece. Nobody does homeless solutions (which includes a little basic math) like the dazzler or a dem politician.

You give them money they'll kill themselves quickly via alcohol or drugs. Waste of money. It's a problem because the cities allow it. Nothing more. Arrest, cite, annoy and harass. Many will end up in jail for a while and dry out too. Ask me how I know.

Who does the 1.8 million go to?

Clackamas County had a change of heart and canceled plans to purchase a hotel to house the criminals, mentally ill and drug addicts. They listened to the community.
They said they would not follow failed policies of places like Portland, Seattle and SF. Instead they will deal with the real causes, “mental illness and drug abuse” that contribute to homelessness and crime. -
