Sherman played like crap, he did nothing special at all in that game. He got burned badly for multiple third down and 7 or more conversions. I'm confident he'll bounce back but I can see why the Chargers weren't impressed. They won't face Sherman again for another four years so they can talk all the shit they want without worrying it will come back and bite them.

Sherman will bounce back, probably next week, but that was a rough game.

He was playing like 7 yards off his man all game long. Pretty FS but then again so was the rest of the gameplan.

Football is an easy game if you keep the defense on the field for 45 minutes in heat and humidity. The Hawk offense needed to keep some drives going in the first half.

For the stat heads there are some pretty good ones on what happens to a defense as the number of plays goes up.

Pretty tuff to sustain drives when Lynch only gets 6 carries all game.

Darrell Bevell is like the anti-John Ross. How many losses will be worth this year?

He kept featuring Bryan Walters and Lockette over Harvin and Lynch. I'm really hoping they were just mailing this game in, in preparation for the Denver game. That would be far better than Bevell being fucking stupid enough to think this would work.

The offense had all of 4 drives in the 1st half. 2 of which went for TD's. The only thing you could hold against the offense in that game is they didn't put together the gw drive needed to win. Other than that I thought they were pretty good
