A noose was found in a tree at KP in Gilroy. The hospital quickly issued a press release to let everyone know that the discovery caused "shock, disgust, pain and anguish for their staff and physicians. They acknowledge the "trauma this incident has caused."

Dude trimming trees forgot the rope in the tree when he was finished. And it wasn't a noose.
